Licensed Therapist
Alldredge Wilderness Journey, in Davis, WV is seeking a licensed therapist. The ideal applicant will be familiar with family systems, experiential therapy and enjoy being exposed to cutting edge therapeutic modalities. At Alldredge Wilderness Journey we work to affect change and emotional growth for our students ages 13–18. Using a unique therapeutic model that concentrates on life patterns and core beliefs, students learn new strategies to deal with conflict and decisions. Therapists work with a treatment team to ensure the safety and emotional growth of students in our program. Requirements: Applicants must be at least 21 years of age, and possess a current driver’s license; a bachelor’s degree and excellent leadership skills are required. A Master’s Degree in a related field, three years’ related experience, and experience working with youth preferred. Social workers/counselors needed for Mentor positions
Mentors live with the students for 3 days/nights and help students in their daily life to include all phases of academics, counseling, activities and much more. These are full-time jobs and must have a BS degree or extensive experience working with adolescents.

Wilderness Instructors needed
Experience in outdoor therapy, or any outdoor experience is preferred. Those with college education or military leadership are given first consideration. Wilderness instructors work 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. Alldredge has the highest-paid instructors in the industry.

Student Interns needed for the summer
Various positions include wilderness instructors, mentors, and counselors. Must be 21 years old, a college student, and must pass DHHR regulations for background checks.
